As soon as we send your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.
At any point you can see the status of a current shipment or review a past order by logging into your account on our website. From there, you can view order details and track your orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day. Our receptionist will always email your tracking numbers once orders have been dispatched so you’ll know exactly where your order is in the shipping process. Orders are shipped directly from our location in San Jose, CA. Orders with multiple items could be delivered in several shipments depending on inventory.

Free standard shipping in 48 contiguous United States on orders over $750.
International shipping will be quoted per order.
You can purchase online and pickup at the store as well. Please call to confirm when your order will be ready.
Same Day Delivery
If you live in a reasonable proximity to our store, we will do our best to meet same day delivery requests. The cost for same day delivery will be $75. Please contact our receptionist at 1-408-247-1024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Saturday.
To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders.
